The Tour du Valat’s new website (www.tourduvalat.org) was put on line in December 2017 to replace its old site, created in 2006.
This new site in French and English was redesigned from the ground up to give you easier access to its content, which has also been updated. You will discover information about the history of the Tour du Valat and its team, activities, projects and publications, as well as Mediterranean wetlands in a broader context.
Among its graphic and functional innovations, our new site more fully exploits the Tour du Valat’s very rich photography collection, with large format images. The social networks also feature more prominently, via functions enabling you to share content more easily.
Our new site is part of the new communication strategy being developed by the Tour du Valat since 2016, which aims to raise the awareness of the public about wetland issues, and to provide information about the urgent need to conserve them better throughout the Mediterranean Basin.
