Research interests and expertise
After professional experiences in various fields related to the environment, agriculture, business management, and professional training, I joined the Tour du Valat in 1994 as a project leader. In 1998, I was named Head of the Conservation Department, and became Director General in 2004.
Over the years, I have become interested in various subjects such as training engineering, the development and management of local, national, and international projects, the development of partnerships and networks, strategic planning, team management, and company development.
I am a member of the MedWet Initiative steering committee, and on the board of several nature conservation organisations including Eurosite, Wetlands International European Association, Society for the Protection of Prespa (SPP, Greece), the French Coastal and Lakeshore Conservation Agency, the IUCN French National Committee, and the Ramsar France Association.
