class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">From Dune, Plume, Roseau, \u00c9l\u00e9gante, Dor\u00e9, \u00c9toil\u00e9, and Pourpr\u00e9 Sauvage to Immortelle and Sultane, each new cuv\u00e9e draws mutually enrich one another.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">At Mas du Petit Saint-Jean, the vines thrive in harmony with natural balances: cover cropping between rows, eco-grazing by sheep, pollinator-friendly hedgerows, bat boxes for natural pest control, hand-harvesting, and agroecological practices tailored to future challenges.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Some grape varieties have even been selected for their resilience to climate change<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The result?<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Limited-production wines, made on site, that tell the It combines the protection of remarkable natural habitats &#8211; such as temporary marshes, <em>sansou\u00efres<\/em> (salt marshes), salt meadows, and <em>montilles<\/em> (sandy ridges) &#8211; with traditional agricultural activities, including extensive cattle and Camargue horse rearing, as well as organic rice, wheat, and hay cultivation. This area is home to exceptional biodiversity: over 590 plant species, 300 bird species, and more than 1,600 invertebrate species.<\/p>\n<p>In the Gard Camargue, the Mas du Petit Saint-Jean (101 hectares) serves as an exemplary site where agriculture and biodiversity coexist, enrich one another, and reinforce each other.
